Return and Replacement Policy

We do a thorough quality check for all our products before despatching to our clients. However, in rare case if the product you receive is not in perfect condition, we welcome returns on the following terms -

• The product received does not match with the order placed for
• The product has a defect (defect does not include: minor irregularities, extra thread, hanging threads etc. as these are handmade products and slight colour variation due to digital photography)
• The product is received in a damaged condition.

In such cases, we replace the product with a new one.
